Fire Stations within Collin County Where You Can Host a Birthday Party
including Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Plano, and Wylie
Are you asking yourself where you can hold a birthday party at a fire station? Well, we contacted each fire department within Collin County, TX to
find out if you can host a birthday party at the station. While we only found two who would allow you to hold your birthday party right at the
station, the other stations suggested your schedule a tour at the fire station prior to, or right after, your birthday party. (Having attended a
few children's birthday parties myself, it would probably be best to tour the fire station before loading the kids up with birthday cake!)
Fire Stations Where You Can Host a Birthday Party
Frisco Fire Department
Birthday parties may be scheduled most Saturday mornings (excluding holiday weekends) at both an east and west side location between 10am-12pm.
Guests will tour the location and get a close-up view of the firefighting equipment. Kids will have fun learning fire prevention and safety tips
designed just for them.
Wylie Fire Rescue
Wylie Fire Rescue offers two options for children's birthday parties. You may choose to have it at the fire station closest to home or have the
firefighter come to your home and visit your child's party (within Wylie city limits). Both options allow children to view a fire truck, and
firefighters will give a short fire safety talk with children and their parents. Station parties will include a brief tour of the station.
Parties must be scheduled Saturday or Sunday from 1-4pm.
Fire Stations Where You Cannot Host a Birthday Party
You are welcome to set up an appointment for a tour of these fire stations for your family or a group. However, they do not host birthday parties
at the fire station. Why not create a firefighter-themed birthday party and include a tour of the fire station?
Allen Fire Department
Anna Fire Department
Celina Fire Department
Celina only has one station, and if the fire fighters are called out to a fire, the party would need to be cancelled or closed, which would delay the
response to an emergency.
Farmersville Fire Department
McKinney Fire Department
Melissa Fire Department
Murphy Fire Department
Murphy only has one station, and if the fire fighters would be called out, everyone would have to leave with no idea of when they could return. Thus,
the station is not conducive to hosting birthday parties.
